I upgraded my camera finally~ I love it and a lot more videos will be recorded on it instead of my Nikon and iPhone. Just way easier and better quality :’-)
I recorded this workout because it includes good glute activation warm ups, as well as some leg/glute staples I use to achieve my body goals. This isn’t something I am a complete pro with, I’m just sharing MY workout because it’s been highly requested through my IG whenever I’d post anything video/gym related. My cousin and I also weren’t going to the gym regularly last quarter, so we did light weights and did enough to not completely wear us out on our first couple of days back in the gym. *Also not good to push heavy weights when you’re just coming back from a break from the gym**
