This workout includes some of the exercises that I do continuously to help grow my booty. Also included are exercises that work your quads, hamstrings, and under butt. Give it a try! I hope you’re prepared to be sore the next day!! Remember, you can change the amount of sets and reps depending on your fitness level, time available, etc

The workout:

Warm-up: jump rope: 5 mins

Donkey kicks with resistance band: 5 sets of 15 (each leg)

Super Set (2 exercises back to back with no rest in between) Jump Squats with squat pulses: 4 sets of 10

Barbell between legs Lunges: 4 sets of 10

Straight Leg Deadlift into Goblet Squat Combo: 4 sets of 10

Good Mornings: 4 sets of 10

Kneeling Squats: 4 sets of 10

Goblet Squat Pulses: 5 sets of 12

Leg Press Variation (glute focused): 4 sets of 10

Cable “Front” Squats Using Lat Pulldown Machine: 3 sets of 10

Hip Thrusts with Quad Extension Machine: 4 sets of 10

Sprints: 8
